We were allowed to borrow door and tile samples, so had the opportunity to see how they would look in the room. Everything was managed promptly and efficiently. "Five years ago my wife and I decided to undertake a major refurbishment of our home (including 2 WC’s, bathroom, shower room, kitchen extension and re-design and fitted bedrooms) which we wanted to spread out over a 2-3 year period. "Jackie planned the design of the bathroom and gave us expert, friendly and professional advice.
We got excellent workmanship from Dave, the fitter, and Darren, the plumber. They were prompt, paid attention to detail and cleared up at the end of each day, ensuring there were no trip hazards.
The materials are of high quality, except for the 7 light bulbs which all blew within the first four months. These we replaced with higher quality bulbs and have had no further problems. Jackie informed us that we should have contacted her and The Courtyard would have replaced them.
We have no hesitation in recommending The Courtyard for their craftsmanship and management. We are so delighted with our new bathroom, we have ordered another one."

We purchased our bungalow in Tideswell, which we needed to adapt because my wife is recovering from a stroke. This included the complete refurbishment of the kitchen. We obtained several quotes but the approach from Robert was by far the more practical and cost effective. He understood our requirements and gave sound and very helpful advice. Robert coordinated the supply of everything and he arranged for superb fitter, John Kirkham, to help with aspects of the installation, and was always available to assist and guide us when we needed help.
We did have some hitches but Jackie and Kim were able to provide excellent support.
